About the Opportunity

As a Frontend Developer Intern at GenMitra Technologies, you will collaborate with our engineering team to build responsive, reliable, and accessible user interfaces. You will work with modern frontend technologies including React, Next.js, and TypeScript to translate design mockups into production-ready web applications. This role is ideal for students or early-career developers who have a solid foundation in web standards and want hands-on experience building clean component architectures, consuming RESTful APIs, and implementing high-quality web experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Develop modular and reusable UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful backend APIs and manage local and global state.
  • Build responsive, mobile-first layouts and test across desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Optimize client-side rendering performance, Core Web Vitals, and asset loading.
  • Ensure semantic HTML, accessibility (a11y) standards, and keyboard navigation.
  • Write clean, readable code and participate in code reviews using Git and GitHub.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Demonstrated personal, academic, or open-source projects built with React or TypeScript.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
